परं तत्त्वं सोऽहं प्रपदनमुपायोऽन्तिमदशा
स्मृतेर्नैवापेक्षा वपुरपगमे मोक्षगमनम्
विशिष्टाद्वैतं त्वं मतमपि महापूर्णंभजनं
यडप्यर्थानेतानुपनिषदिवाहौपनिषदः । ।
paraM tattvaM so.ahaM prapadanamupAyo.antimadashA
smRRiternaivApekShA vapurapagame mokShagamanam
vishiShTAdvaitaM tvaM matamapi mahApUrNaMbhajanaM

At Kanchi, OM VishnuPad Ramanuja Maha Acharya made a request to Lord Shree Varada through Kanchipurna as to how the three wishes of OM VishnuPad Yamuna Maha Acharya could be carried out.
Lord Shree Varada replied to this request thus:
1. I am the Supreme Truth.
2. Prapatti is the means of getting relief from bondage.
3. Jiva need not think of me at the time of death.
4. Jiva gets Moksha as soon as it is freed from the body.
5. Our Faith is VisishtaDvaita.
6. Choose OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya as Your Guru.
Receiving this answer, OM VishnuPad Ramanuja Maha Acharya left Kanchi for ShreeRangam to meet OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya.
At Madhurantakam near Kanchi, He met OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya who was proceeding towards Kanchi with his disciples.
There OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya performed all the sacraments of initiation according to Shree PancaRatra-Agamas.
Then OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya and OM VishnuPad Ramanuja Maha Acharya returned to Kanchi where OM VishnuPad Ramanuja Maha Acharya studied VisishtaDvaita Vedanta under OM VishnuPad MahaPurna Acharya.
